October 10, 2013 : Congressional-Executive Commission on China

Washington, DC—The bipartisan Congressional-Executive Commission on China has released its 2013 Annual Report on human rights and rule of law developments in China, which it is required to do by October 10 of each year.

INPaT members honorable guests at Tibetan Democracy Day celebrations in India

The INPaT group at Bylakuppe, together with the Dalai Lama, the Kalon Tripa Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche and Speakers of the Tibetan parliament in exile Penpa Tsering and Dolma Gyari.

On 2 September, 2010, INPaT honoured an invitation by the Tibetan institutions in exile to attend the celebrations on occasion of 50 years of Tibetan democratic institutions in exile. The celebrations were held at the largest Tibetan settlement in India at Bylakuppe and were attended by several thousands of Tibetans.

The INPaT group met with the Dalai Lama, the Kalon Tripa Prof. Samdhong Rinpoche and the Speakers of the Tibetan Parliament in Exile Penpa Tsering and Dolma Gyari.
