October 10, 2013 : Congressional-Executive Commission on China

Washington, DC—The bipartisan Congressional-Executive Commission on China has released its 2013 Annual Report on human rights and rule of law developments in China, which it is required to do by October 10 of each year.

The INPaT Secretariat

 

The INPaT Working Group, in consultation with the Tibetan Parliament in Exile, has identified the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) as the Secretariat of the network.

Founded in 1988, ICT is a non-profit organization with offices in Washington D.C., Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin and field offices in Dharamsala, India, and Kathmandu, Nepal. ICT works to promote human rights and democratic freedoms for the people of Tibet.
